The Silver projection film is a new development in the front projection market. The film has higher color output and more contrast than standard front projection screens, even in environments with lots of ambient light.

Silver layer

The silver projection film is a front projection film of high contrast consisting of diffusive and multi-reflective layers. It can show off 7-times higher brightness in comparison with standard matte white front projection screens, preserving its wide imaging surface. The projection is brighter than most other screens, because the special silver layer on the screen doesn’t absorb the light but reflects it back. The silver film also provides a better viewing angle, so it can be used for all kinds of applications. This film can be used with short throw projectors for indoor and outdoor applications. We recommend to use a projector with 3500 ansi lumen.

Large outdoor displays

The further you stand away from the projection on the silver film, the brighter it seems. The silver film has a special crystal coating. This coating exists of crystals which will light up when you project on this material. With this material it is possible to make large outdoor displays. For large outdoor displays we use projectors from 10.000 – 30.000 ansi lumen. You will be able to project images from 4 PM till 4 AM for advertisement, this solution is more cost effective than LED.
